For today’s Strength Mob circuit training workout we’re gonna throw in a fair amount of gymnastics-style conditioning. After doing some bear crawls and then walking lunges as the warm-up, you’ll do OH barbell squats, dumbbell burpees, and then gymnastic ring push-ups and parallette L-sits. If you haven’t made or purchased a pair of parallettes yet, you can just position yourself between two chairs to hold your body in position. Cool down with diamond push-ups and V-ups (another classic gymnastic calisthenic movement). I hear the Mob calling… get after it!
