At Home Circuit Training: A quick summer ripper!

It’s pushing 90 degrees up here in Portland, which is super hot for us Oregonians.  Hence, the workout for today is a bit shorter than the full blown Strength Mob workouts we’ve been doing. Warm-up with some jumping jacks or jump rope, then have at this four circuit routine: pull-ups, kettlebell swings, bent-over rows and then some split jumps.  Enjoy it!
