Here are four of my favorite parallette bar skills to build shoulder and core strength. You’ll see dips, decline push-ups, a tuck hold, and a tuck planche. The tuck planche is seriously difficult, as you’ll notice by how short I can hold it! Make sure to stay tight through your mid-section, to protect your spine and also provide a better foundation for the strength you’ll need in your arms.
