Happy 2012 – let’s step it-up this year! After 2 weeks off from the routine garage gym workouts we’ve been doing for the past year and half, it’s time to bring it back old-school style. Today’s Strength Mob workout utilizes some basic front squats, step-ups, body-weight rows, and reverse shoulder flies. Since we’ve been away from the weights for a while, it’s important that you focus on quality of motion to avoid injury. Working out with you Mob is fun in and of itself, but remember that getting stronger is ultimately the means to help you pursue your other athletic interests, like snowboarding, mountain biking, or whatever.
