At this time of year, it seems like everyone is in transit – flying across the country or even across the globe to go visit family and other loved ones. Being on the road often prevents a getting in a full workout in the regular gym setting, but it’s still so important to try and integrate some physical activity into the chaotic schedule. You don’t want to lose the benefits of all your hard work over the previous 11 months!
