Twisting Shoulder Press Motions

Maybe I’m just lazy, but there seems to be something special about being able to do one exercise that simultaneously works two different body parts.  Watch the video posted above to see a set of movement complexes that target your shoulders and core strength at the same time.  The movements are called: a twisting shoulder press, a kettlebell pivot/lift, and a shot-put press. To do them you’ll need a set of kettlebells or dumbbells. Enjoy!
