15 minute workout: Thanksgiving Hustle

Gobble gobble. Quick: grab a kettlebell, and hustle through this 4-circuit workout before you gorge yourself at the dinner table. 15 minutes of effort will leave you feeling less guilty later, I promise. Warm-up a bit before jumping into action, then rotate 3 sets through the movements. Take minimal rest between each skill. Get after it, and Happy Thanksgiving!
