4 x 4 Circuit Training Workout

60 pull-ups, 160 lunges, 120 kettlebell swings, and 100 dips. Sounds tough, right? Don’t stress – today’s Strength Mob circuit training workout is split into 4 rounds of the 4 movements just mentioned. You’ll rotate 4 times through bench dips, kettlebell swings, prisoner lunges, and standard pull-ups.  See the illustrations shown below for more explanation. It’s a nice mix of kettlebell awesomeness and wicked bodyweight conditioning. Have fun!
