Be like Gumby… work those side bends.

Got to say that pairing the barbell squat push with the dumbbell clean and press, plus the Saxon side bend with the kettlebell windmills provided some nice shoulder, trunk, and quad fatigue. An excellent match, like pairing a fine Spanish wine with a delicate manchego.  Okay, maybe a bit overboard there?  The garage workout crew seemed to enjoy it, up until the resisted sit-ups and V-ups at least.  If you’re looking for a good 50-60 minute workout for you and your neighborhood crew, give this one a shot!
