Garage workout – Sumo deadlifts plus Turkish get-ups

Ready for a trip to the east? Today’s garage workout throws you some sumo deadlifts and Turkish get-ups.  Hopefully while you’re struggling through the last final reps you can imagine yourself in a far off, mystical land.  Go to your happy place. Om..  Chances are you won’t get to relaxed with the circuit training, so just sit back and enjoy the burn.  Using a wobble board for push-ups is a nice variation, but if you don’t have one you can substitute a medicine ball, BOSU ball, or stability ball.  Round up the mob, and get ‘er done!
