Circuit Training: March 8, 2012

It sucks. I dislocated my shoulder this past weekend when I went down to LA, so I’m having to take a break from heavy upper body activity.  I’m probably out for at least 8 weeks.  Bummer.  Although I didn’t get to do the shoulder exercises that are in this Strength Mob workout, I was still sweating alongside my fellow garage gym homies, doing squats, lunges, step-ups, et cetera.  From what I heard from the people that did do the whole routine though, they said that it was another solid circuit training workout. I hope you find it useful!
