It’s getting towards the end of the year – let’s finish 2012 with some solid performance in the garage gym! Today’s Strength Mob circuit training has you warming up with jump rope, and quadruped knee tucks. After that you’ll rotate 3 times through a circuit of wide leg barbell squats, dumbbell pull-overs (you’ll need a weight bench), single leg wall squats (with a stability ball), and kettlebell get-up sit-ups. Finish the workout with spideman push-ups and reverse crunches.
