Circuit Training Workout

Need some inspiration for your next circuit training? Gather up the following equipment: gymnastics rings, barbell, dumbbells, and a medicine ball. If you have each of those items, you’re in luck. Put them in the order shown below and you have one slick workout. Cool-down with 3 sets of 30-seconds hollow rocks and 100 frog leg crunches.
