Circuit Training Workout: Shoulders Galore!

We are blessed to be having such sweet weather in the Pacific Northwest right now: it’s a total rarity to be exercising with the garage gym doors wide open in October! For today’s circuit training workout you’ll see that there is a heavy emphasis on shoulder strength.  I’ve paired two single arm pressing motions (one static and one dynamic) with some squatting skills, so you’ll be sure to get some leg conditioning in the mix. I’m on a static strength kick lately, hence the tuck hold on the gymnastics rings. Cool down with some pike push-ups and dynamic planks. Round up the posse and get to Mobbin’!
