Garage Gym Circuit Training: 6-18-2012

Here is the Strength Mob garage gym circuit training workout for today, Monday June 18, 2012.  It’s got a fair mix of lower body and upper body strengthening, as well as some good core work in there.  Plus, the workout finishes with dive bomber push-ups… who doesn’t love dive bombers?!

This WOD (workout of the day) was designed with the BPM Rx exercise prescription software program.
