Garage gym workout: Mid November Edition

Today’s 4-circuit garage gym workout can be hustled through in 35 to 40 minutes, and includes single arm squat presses, single leg kettlebell deadlifts, kettlebell front squats, and jackknife push-ups. For a more strenuous burn, try to “throw” the barbell forward and then catch it again with the same arm during the squat-press movement. Just be careful you catch it! Warm-up with jumping jacks plus burpees. Cool-down with prone trunk extensions and split leg crunches. Boom. Get after it!
