Thursday was the second garage gym workout of 2012 and we had two new people show up to circuit train. Coincidence? Who knows – either way, the Strength Mob crew was glad to have Brent and Ryan sweating along with the rest of us. Aside from two new bodies, we added two new movements to the workout: single arm barbell squat press and a towel drag. The barbell squat press is self explanatory, but doing the towel drag as a core and shoulder exercise takes some finesse. Try to un-weight your feet by popping up onto your hands, and then fire your hip flexors to drag your feet inwards.
