Garage Gym Workout 7-19-2012

Need to blow off some of that hot summer steam?  Try today’s Strength Mob garage gym workout! After a basic warm-up, you’ll blast through 3 rounds of sumo deadlift high pulls, offset lunges, toes to bar leg lifts, and diagonal shoulder presses.  Finish yourself off with some narrow grip push-ups and dynamic side planks and I’m guessing you’ll have some solid DOMS going on tomorrow, on at least one major muscle group.  Gather up the Mob and have at it!
