Garage Gym Workout: 7-23-2012

Today’s Strength Mob garage gym workout introduces a few new movements to the mix.  You’ll perform “knee tucks” as part of the warm-up, which are essentially the first part of a burpee, in which you start in a plank and jump your feet up to by your hands, then hop back to the plank.  As part of the circuit training, we’ll start to do power cleans, which are barbell cleans that start fully from the floor. Likewise, another new skill is the alternating dumbbell toe touches, for back and core strengthening. Give them a shot – I’d love to know what you think!

This garage gym workout was designed using the BPM Rx physical therapy exercise software.
