Garage Style Workout # umpteen

It’s ba-aack! Are you ready to workout in the garage on this fabulous September day? Aside from all of the push-ups we’ve been doing in Strength Mob, it seems like we’ve been neglecting some triceps strengthening over the past few weeks. No good.  To make up for it, I’ve paired some bench dips along with the overhead tricep extension to ensure a healthy case of delayed onset muscle soreness for the back of your arms.  Yee-hah!  And, so as not to leave out the big muscle groups, there is some healthy wide leg squat and overhead squat action in the mix.  Round up the posse and get to mobbin’!
