Garage workout: Extension fun

For today’s Strength Mob garage bootcamp you’re going to give your triceps and back/hip extensors a serious workout.  Prepare for some good morning lifts, back extensions on a stability ball, overhead tricep extensions, and bench dips.  Oh yeah, you’ll finish with narrow-grip push-ups and reverse crunches.  Sounds fun, no?  Grab you squad and mob it up!
