Handstand push-up progression: Episode 8

In this video, Ben takes you through a push-up progression to prepare for a full handstand push-up.  The basic progression is to add a greater proportion of your body weight to your shoulders, in a more and more inverted position. From a pike push-up, dive bomber push-up, cartwheel push-up, and finally a jackknife push-up, the BPM Rx image library has selection of exercises to help condition your clients for many advanced movements, including the almighty handstand push-up.  Whether gymnast, Crossfitter, or MMA athlete, the handstand push-up is one of the most difficult body-weight activities to master. Proceed with caution!
