Hanging barbell clean + squat jumps = brutal

The two pages below are the group workout we did out back in the garage yesterday, with the neighborhood crew.  No high bar was available, so we used gymnastic rings, which forces another degree of stability and control for the commando pull-ups.  25-second holds for the 2-point plank seemed like the perfect time, to work 3 sets per side – what do you think? P.s. barbell hang cleans + squat jumps = brutal metabolic load.

    Looks like a great mix of core, full body strength and cardio. I threw in soome kettlebell swings to really beat up the gang as well. Nice workout guys!
