Low tech, on the road workout. (P.S. this is STRENGTH MOB!)

Traveling without access to your workout equipment?  When you just can’t get your hands on a barbell, set of rings, or kettlebells, you can still get a great low-tech burner using simple body-weight conditioning.  We’re currently on the road, away from the BPM Rx garage, so here’s what we threw together to get our fix:
