More garage-workout fun!

Here’s the workout we did in the garage/studio yesterday.  It’s a little light on the legs, emphasizing a bit more upper body and core strengthening.  You’ll need at least one partner to complete the leg toss, but the more the better!  The blog will be re-branded soon, as the online hot spot for more of these garage, circuit training workouts.  T-shirts and other paraphernalia, and even an affiliate link to purchase some of the workout equipment should follow shortly.
