Oh no! Grass stains…

Weather in Portland is finicky in late August, who knows how much longer we’re going to have some sun?  No rain today, means we get to try out some “leg drags” as part of the garage workout.  Grass is the preferable surface to try these commando style crawls, but you can also do them on concrete if you protect your shoes with a towel.  After those, the sequencing of atlas squats, alternating shoulder presses and stability ball pikes should leave your arms begging for mercy.  Mob it up!
