Snatch Time!

Let’s be clear: this workout is going to be a rugged! The circuit rotation entails 4 sets, rather than the 3 that we’ve normally been doing. Plus, all of the motions are multi-muscle group movements. No isolation =  greater difficulty and higher overall energy expenditure.  The barbell snatch is a new movement for the Strength Mob, so practice to get the movement right without weight, prior to trying a barbell.  If you want a better idea of the movement, check out this video.  All right then, get in the garage and have at it!
