Thursday night garage session

We’ve had as many as 12 people sweating and hustling in the backyard; alas, only three people showed up for our garage workout tonight. We still got busy with the workout illustrated below, yet a caveat is due: I went overboard with the reps and duration of some of the exercises. I’d recommend the following adjustments – only do 10 reps of the kettlebell “reach and twists”, and shoot for 45-seconds of the horizontal leg scissors for the cool-down.
