You got to get-up to get down

The past two weeks of glorious sunshine have dissipated here in Portland, making way for a wet afternoon in Stumptown – good thing today’s workout fit entirely within the garage! When you do the swing squats, work on taking them a little deeper than your regular kettlebell or dumbbell swings, working the squat aspect a bit more than regular.  The barbell Half Moon twists plus the Hanging Trunk Twists should tickle your obliques something lovely.   And, nothing like lifting your body weight repetitively – gotta dig the combo of Single Leg Get-ups with the Turkish Get-ups.  P.S.
